WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES FOR COCOLUXE BODY
CocoLuxe Body is proudly Australian made. All orders are hand poured and shipped from our head office in Sunny Queensland.
We ship using Sendle Couriers however should you be in a hurry to receive your CocoLuxe Body we offer Express post shipping via Australia Post at the checkout.
Postal addresses which use a PO BOX will be sent via Australia Post.

Express shipping takes 1-2 business days depending on your location in Australia.
WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
CocoLuxe Body ships worldwide. International Orders are shipped from our headoffice in Australia every Tuesday and Friday. We give you the option of tracked and non tracked shipping. Delivery estimates are as follows:
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE MY ORDER IS PLACED?
A order confirmation will be received via email once order is placed, please check to ensure that you have provided the correct postal address. In the case your address is incorrect please email our team via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to update.
Your order will be sent within 2 business days, once posted you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

CAN I USE COCOLUXE BODY IF I AM PREGNANT?
Absoloutely! Our Products are hand poured from natural ingredients however like all products when pregnant or breastfeeding we suggest seeking doctors advice and always test patching prior to use.
DOES COCOLUXE BODY ACCEPT RETURNS?
Due to health regulations we do not accept any returns. If in the unlikely event you find that our product is not as expected please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to work with you to rectify.
WHAT IF I WISH TO CANCEL MY ORDER
Unfortunately once an order is processed we do not accept any cancellations. If in the event there is a reason other then a change of mind please email email@example.com and we will take your request for a refund into consideration.
If purchasing from our BEACHCLUB range or combining with our Cocoluxe skincare you may receive your items in separate parcels as items are shipped from a 3rd party supplier.
